Except for the £79 diagnostic fee & first 30 minutes labour, which is payable for each visit, all repair work is estimated and quoted before proceeding.

• Additional hour thereafter — £60 inc. VAT‍
• Or additional half hour thereafter — £35 inc. VAT‍

• Diagnostic work 15 mins, part fitting 40 mins. Total time 55 mins — £109 inc. VAT

Example 2

• Diagnostic visit 30 mins — £79 inc. VAT
• Part (needs to be ordered) — £60
• Return visit to fit part takes 1hr 30mins — £60 + £35 inc. VAT

Extended duration repairs

Separate rates available for extended duration repairs such as main heat engines, boiler off wall repairs and flue repairs.

All work is warranted for 12 months. Parts are warranted by the manufacturer and may vary.
